Taxes and customs duties
Within the European Union:
There are no additional costs or duties on products marketed in countries within the European Union. Clients will not have to pay anything on delivery.
Outside the European Union:
Shipments to destinations outside the European Union may be subjected to import taxes or customs duties. These charges are borne exclusively by the recipient, which shall pay the amount due to the carrier or the competent authorities.
Shipment to the United States of America:
As mentioned above, products shipped to the United States are subjected to customs and import taxes. In addition, US customs require that the recipient provides a Social Security Number or Non-U.S. Citizen Import Number - CBP Customs Border Protection Assigned Number.
Failure to clear customs
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the package is cleared through customs, by providing all the necessary information and/or paying the related taxes. If the package is not cleared through customs, it will be returned to our warehouse. For more information read our Return Policy.
WARNING: If you issued a return and requested a change of the product originally ordered, the new shipment addressed to you may be subjected to further import taxes by Customs.
